The Board of Directors of AMETEK, Inc. (NYSE: AME) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2023.

This fourth quarter dividend is payable December 22, 2023 to shareholders of record as of December 8, 2023.
